This is happening. I'm doing it. I have seen this on many different blogs that I follow and I have been back and forth on it for a while, but not anymore!
What is it? Well, it's a list of 101 things, organized how ever you would like it, that get you complete in 1,001 days.

Fitness + Health
1. Run a half marathon
2. Run a 5k in 30 minutes or less
3. Meet my goal time for the Soldier Field Ten Miler
4. Ride my bike to Lake Michigan and back
5. Complete a 100 miles by __ Tone It Up challenge
6. Build up to a 1 minute plank
7. Drink at least 60oz of water a day for a week
8. Go a week without processed sugar
9. Floss everyday for two weeks

ReplyDeleteI made a list several years ago and then kind of forgot about it. I started a new list January 1st and I'm determined to see it through this time. I'm having a great time so far! :)
